Please examine your product for any damage it may have received during shipping. If you notice any damage DO NOT OPEN the product.
Please contact us through our customer support email (email@example.com) with your order number and pictures of the product and we can process a FULL RETURN if the product is still unopened and the factory seal is intact.
Once the product or factory seal has been opened it is deemed unsellable and we will have to process an (up to 50%) restocking fee if you would like to return the product in this condition. Refunds are processed when the return package has arrived to the store, not when it has been picked up/dropped off by a shipping courier.
