Almost all of our sealed boxes of basketball cards will have at least a few special inserts, but each one will be different. Some Panini blaster boxes are guaranteed to have multiple Prizms in them, while blaster boxes from other sports card companies, like Bowman, are guaranteed to have several rare parallels inside. Be sure to read the descriptions for sealed boxes or look at the outside of these boxes to see what they’ll have to offer. Have the necessary hobby supplies on hand to protect these inserts once you secure them, too!

Certain 2022-23 sealed basketball boxes will have autographed cards randomly inserted in them, but there won’t be any guarantee that they’ll all come with autographs. Other hobby boxes will promise to provide you with at least one autographed card in every box you buy. If you’re chasing autographed cards, it would be worth searching for these boxes to ensure you’re able to land them.

The best time to purchase basketball cards is usually in the offseason or during the preseason, especially if you’re someone who is trying to get the best value every time you buy them.
